HOW TO

Thank you for consigning with us! We accept consignments by appointment! Call early to be assured of an appointment. Summer clothing is accepted March-June and Winter clothing is accepted August-January.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

Please help us be efficient. We do not have time to handle unusable items. Please do not bring items that do not meet these guidelines as you may be assessed a minimum $25.00 handling fee if we deem there is too much unusable. Those items will be donated. We may not accept your things again.

1. Clothing cannot be more than 2-3 years old. There are to be no holes, stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, garage sale stickers, absolutely no pet hair or smoke nor the fabric too worn.

2. Clothing must be freshly washed and ironed if needed.

3. Please mark sizes of bedding and curtains.

4. Please put your items in boxes or bags with your first and last name written on them. No tubs please as we do not have room to store them.

PRICING + ACCOUNT

Encore will price the items at reasonable prices. Consignors will receive 40% of the selling price. Items not sold after 60 days will be marked down to sale prices. Items not sold after 90 days will be donated to charity.

Due to large volume, we are no longer able to return unsold items. If you would like items back, please come and take them off the rack before the 90 days are up.

Balance due can be picked up after the 10th of each month. If you'd like your check mailed, please include self-addressed stamped envelopes. Checks over $50.00 only.
